Welded Pipe

Welded pipe is a common type of steel pipe, which is a product formed by welding steel strips or plates into a tubular form through a welding process. Welded pipes have many advantages, including relatively low production costs, short production cycles, flexible production scales, and suitability for various purposes. Due to the application of welding processes, welded pipes typically have a uniform appearance and high strength. The application of welded pipes is very extensive, covering industries such as construction, bridges, automobiles, machinery manufacturing, petroleum, chemical engineering, natural gas, etc.

Huxin has 35 years of experience in manufacturing and management, and through years of development, has a mature team of engineers and technical personnel. The factory is equipped with a full set of production, inspection and Laboratory equipment, such as CNC bending machine, automatic welding machine, eddy current ultrasonic integrated machine, etc.

Huxin's welded pipes have been upgraded in traditional technology, solving the problem of non circular welds in large size welded pipes. And the box annealing furnace(12m) makes the annealing of pipes more complete and can also meet the annealing of special materials, with a maximum temperature of up to 1200 ℃.

General Welding Methods for Welded Pipe

ERW Welded Pipe: ERW welding is a welding process that utilizes an electric current to create a high-heat source, which fuses the edges of steel strip or plate together, forming a welded seam in a continuous and efficient manner.

EFW Welded Pipe: EFW welding is a submerged arc welding process that combines an electric arc and electrical resistance heating to join the edges of steel plate or strip together, creating a strong and efficient welded seam.

PAW+GTAW Welding Pipe: PAW+GTAW welding refers to the combination of Plasma Arc Welding (PAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), where a focused plasma arc and a tungsten inert gas arc are used together to achieve precise and high-quality welds in various applications.
