Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-known steel mills, such as Eastern Special Steel, Tisco, POSCO, JIUQUAN Steel...We will make MTC checking (PMI), Surface/Dimension inspection for the raw materials.
Production
A dedicated person will conduct tracking and inspection based on the production process flow card, and finally keep a copy for customer traceability.
Before Shipment
Our QC team will conduct basic visual surface inspection, dimensional inspection, and PMI inspection, and record them through photography to facilitate traceability.
In addition, we also conduct NDT, such as UT, ET, HT and RT to ensure the reliability and safety of the products. We are equipped with a complete set of physical and chemical laboratory testing equipment to meet the diverse testing needs of our customers.
In order to ensure the independence and objectivity of the inspection, we welcome the participation of third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, TUV, BV, etc. Their Professional certification and evaluation provide additional quality assurance for our products.
